Hello.  My name is Tammy Wheat and I wanted to share a recent hobby I discovered, the art of chainsaw sculpting.  My passion grew from cutting up downed trees on our property.  I invested in a small battery chainsaw to help my husband with this task.  I've always loved the look of chainsaw carvings and wondered if I could ever create such a thing.  So I made an attempt and carved my first log, a bear, and was surprised that it came out looking not that half bad!  From there, I guess you can say I got the carving fever!  I invested in a few more tools and eventually a new chainsaw.  I hope you enjoy these carvings as much as I enjoy carving them.
